PLEASE NOTE: Providers are paid on commission per service and arrive early to prepare for appointments. Our 48-hour cancellation policy is to ensure our providers are compensated for their time and setup and/or allow another paying customer to fill the appointment time. Late Arrivals: will be charged full price for the original appointment type and duration. The session will not be extended past original appointment time. No Show Appointments: will be charged full price and/or forfeit of package or membership item. If such the case, a credit card will need to be placed on file and all Late Cancellation fees or No Show fees will need to be paid before booking future appointments.
